Beams were analyzed for additional load.
A glass fiber wrapping system was designed and applied to tackle the additional load on beams.
Crack were opened up and sealed with epoxy inner cavity was grouted with epoxy grouts.
System of prestressed and non-prestressed carbon fiber laminates and fiber wraps was applied on shear-wall.

Consultant had suggested for steel treatment and Section built-up using PMM
Columns were wrapped with single layer of glass fiber wrap improving durability and strength.
Work was carried out giving due attention to safety and cleanliness.

Impractical to demolish and reconstruct so a major restoration work was executed.
Exposure to marine environment damages to RCC and plinth were mainly observed.
Solution:
Soil stabilization and strengthening of plinth beam with conventional structural steel.
Structural elements were treated for corrosion damages, damaged RCC sections were re-cast.
Conventional waterproofing for terrace slab.
Microstructure of concrete was improved using epoxy grouting and durability aspect was taken care with corrosion inhibitors and further wrapped using GFRP wraps.
